Mission
To ensure maximum utilization of talent resources in support of the government towards the delivery of the basic services of the populaces of Mindoro, particularly the marginalized and cultural communities and for the conservation of its natural resources.
Vision
Promote the general welfare, unity, and cooperation of Mindoreños through civic, social, cultural, and economic development by creating an environment-friendly island of Mindoro.
